Well, I thought breakfast was complimentary, but it wasn't- MY BAD. The ONLY problems I had with my stay was the picking up of the trash, and dropping off of clean towels and washcloths. There were NO SIGNS saying that my room wouldn't be cleaned, and no signs saying anything about the towels, trash, or washcloths... that info would've helped. The staff wasn't always available, but they were compliant when I did locate them. I had several family members at this hotel for our dad's funeral. It was a good stay, and I enjoyed the peace and quiet of being on the first floor thankfully.

Although the breakfast wasn't included, the hotel lobby itself was very comfortable for sitting in and seemed to turn into a bar at night --we didn't try any of the gym/spa/pool amenities. I loved that our room opened up onto a small courtyard in a garden. that was lovely. The room was perfectly comfortable and the staff was very pleasant. It's quiet and clean. We had good sleep!!

Very clean rooms. Shower was excellent. We have stayed with you before and were always pleased. Staff is very knowledgeable. A little mix-up with billing which we believe has been resolved

I liked the updated rooms when I lived in indy in the 80's this hotel was ok but now it looks great. What an improvement the chain has made 👏
